Overview
The brand renewal project focused on refreshing the company’s app, website, and overall visual identity. The goal was to modernize the brand, align it with new app functionalities, and create a friendly, user-focused experience. I led the design efforts, including illustrations, wireframes, UI, and a design system, while collaborating with an outsourced backend team and an in-house project supervisor.
Challenge
This project faced two significant constraints:
Time & Budget:
Completing the entire design process in just three months, while ensuring high quality.
Brand Overhaul:
Updating an inconsistent visual identity to align with the company’s new functionalities and casual tone.
As the most experienced designer on the team, I carried forward the project while balancing multiple responsibilities and coordinating with external developers.
